TILT SHAFT BRACKET TILT LINK SPRING
dSTERN BRACKET ASSEMBLY
XL type and Remote control type:
Assemble in the reverse order of removalApply grease to the threads of the tilting shaft, tilting shaft busings, 22 mm wave washers and tilting shaft mounting hole of the left and right stern brackets Align the pins of the tilt arm of the swivel case to the groove of the left and right stern brackets Loosely install the tilting shaft and self-locking nuts and tighten the mm self-locking nut to the specified torque, then tighten the 78-14 UNF self-locking nut to the specified torque
