BFBD-BFS.SD 6) Set the crankshaft at T.D.C by turning
CRANKSHAFT
7) Clean the crankcase cover and cylinder block mating surfaces with degreasing cleaning agent or clean shop towel8) Apply liquid sealant (Honda Bond #4 or equivalent) to the position shown on the crankcase cover Apply beads of sealant about 1.5 mm (0 .06 in) in diameter Assemble the crankcase side cover within minutes after application of the liquid sealant Wait for 20 minutes after assemblyDo not add oil or start the engine during this period
