BFBD-BFS.SD bINSPECTION CRANKSHAFT
1) Clean oil thoroughly from the crank pin and the inner wall of the connecting rod big end 2) Place piece of plastigauge on the crank pininstall the connecting rod and cap and tighten the bolts
CONNECTING ROD CAP BOLT
TORQUE: 12 Nm (1.2 kgfm, Ibf.ftl
Do not rotate the crankshaft while the plastigauge is in place
3) Remove the connecting rod and measure the plastigauge at its widest portion
