2) Calculate the piston pin-to-piston clearance Standard 0.0020.014 mm (0 .00010.0006 in) Service limit 0.04 mm (0.002 in)
CONNECTING ROD SMALL END 1.0Measure and record the connecting rod small end 1.0 Standard 16.00716.022 mm (0.63020.6308 in) Service limit 16.05 mm (0 .632 in)
PISTON RINGS
1) Inspect the piston rings, replace them if they are worn Replace the piston ring as set2) Measure the piston ring thickness
