1) Remove the piston pin clip using long nose pliers, and remove the piston pin and connecting rod from the piston 2) Spread each piston ring and remove it by lifting it up at point just opposite the gapo Take care not to damage the piston ring by spreading the ends too faro Be careful not to damage the piston when removing the piston ring
