SFBD-SFS.SD dINSTALLATION
1) Install new oil pump a-ring to the oil pump body 2) Install the oil pump assembly by aligning the groove of the oil pump shaft with the pin on the camshaft as shown 3) Tighten the three 35 mm flange bolts to the specified torque
TORQUE: 11 N'm (1.1 kgfm, 8Ibf.ft)
3CYLINDER HEAD DISASSEMBLY
Before removing the cylinder head, check the camshaft axial play (P10-10)1) Remove the three 35 mm flange bolts, oil pump, and a-ring2) Loosen all the valve adjuster lock nuts and valve adjusters3) Pull the rocker arm shaft slowly, and remove the rocker arms, spring, and fuel pump lifter Mark the rocker arm shaft and all rocker arms so they can be placed back in their original position4) Remove the camshaft
