3RIGHT ENGINE UNDER COVER
aREMOVAL
1) Remove the engine cover and cover latch (p5-1) 2) Remove the five 10 mm washer screws 3) Pull off the right engine under cover from the boss of the oil case at the front of the outboard motor and disconnect the drain tube from the water tube grommet, then remove the right engine under cover
5 10 mm WASHER SCREW (5) 4.5 Nm (0.45 kgHm, 3.3IbHt)

RIGHT ENGINE UNDERCOVER
bINSTALLATION
1) Connect the drain tubes to the water tube grommet2) Install the right engine under cover At the front side; align the hole of the right engine under cover to the boss of the oil case At the rear side; align the lug of the right engine under cover with the grooves of the left engine under cover and the boss with the hole3) Tighten the washer screws to the specified torque
