SFBO-SFS.SO 9) Apply marine grease to the a-ring and install the a-ring to the water pump housing 10) Install the water pump housing assembly to the gear case with the shift slider contacting surface facing toward the propeller side as shown and tighten the four 20 mm flange boltsTORQUE: 12 Nm (1.2 kgfm, Ibf.ft)

11) Install the impeller gasket and impeller cover by aligning the cutout with the boss of the water pump housing

12) Apply marine grease to the inside of the impeller liner, and install the impeller by turning it counterclockwise with the open end of the key groove toward the bottom of the motorAlign the holes of the impeller and pump liner13) Apply thin coat of grease to the outside of the liner to hold it in the impeller housingInstall the pump liner and impeller as an assembly by aligning the tabs of the liner with the groove of the impeller housing
