3GEAR CASE ASSEMBLY
aREMOVAL
1) Shift the gear into the uRu (reverse) position 2) Loosen the lock nut and disconnect the shift rod from the shift rod by turning the adjusting nut3) Tilt up the motor

4) Remove the mm flange bolts or mm self-locking nutsSand typefour 23 mm flange bolts and 75 mm flange bolt XL type: five mm self-locking nuts5) Remove the gear case and two 10 mm dowel pins 6) XL type only: Remove the extension separator and two 10 mm dowel pins
