1PROPELLER
aREMOVAL
1) Remove the mm cotter pin and discard it
4-BLADE PROPELLER
10 mm WASHER
2) Remove the 10 mm castle nut and washer3) Remove the propeller and thrust washerTHRUST WASHER
10 mm CASTLE
COTTER PIN
I Do not reuse
bINSTALLATION
1) Apply marine grease to the spline and thread sections of the propeller shaft 2) Install the thrust washer with the flange section toward the gear case3) Install the propeller and 10 mm washer onto the propeller shaft 4) Tighten the 10 mm castle nut to the specified torque
