Stop the engine and check the water screen for cloggingNot clogged
Remove the foreign material then retest
Restart the engine and allow it to idleCheck that cooling water constantly flows through the water check holeFlows constantly
Does not flow-
Remove the foreign material then retest
Cool down the engine by idling the engine for few minutes Then check the indicator and buzzer
Indicator OFF and buzzer stops
OK, test completes
