DPlace washer, and reverse lock arm on end of shaftEInstall cotter pin in shaftFSecure arm to shaft with spring pin 2Install reverse lock as follows :
CLAMP SCREW
AInstall reverse lock spring on reverse lock with loop of spring over top of port side of reverse lock, with ends of spring pointing up (toward top of swivel bracket)Figure 40
