RemovalFuel System Components 1Disconnect and remove carburetors, throttle and choke components as follows:
ADisconnect hose at bottom carburetor (to fuel pump) and hose at intake manifold (to intake cover) BLoosen two (2) nuts on choke solenoid bracket to free choke solenoid CRemove throttle tie bar by removing three (3) retaining rings DRemove throttle link

ERemove six (6) nuts securing carburetors and intake assembly to intake manifold and remove assembly FRemove three (3) carburetor gaskets 2Remove intake manifold and reed valve assembly as follows: ARemove hose at cylinder drain cover (to intake manifold); remove hose at fuel pump (to intake manifold)BRemove intake and reed assembly by removing twelve (12) screws 3Remove fuel pump as follows:
