InstallationBottom Carburetor1Apply sealant to threads of fuel inlet fitting Special Tool No 8955 Install fitting on carburetor with barb at 'clock 2Install carbureto on flange and secure with two (2) he nuts3Install choke linkage as follows APlac one O-ring on choke swivel and insert swivel through hole in lever of bottom carburetorPlace second O-ring then washer on end of swivel and secure with cotter pin Figure 53 BInstall choke link 4Install throttle linkage as follows55 BSnap throttle link onto towershaft 5Install carburetor intakecover, three (3) gaskets with six (6) screws 6Reconnect fuel line and hose to fuel pump 7Adjust carburetor as outlined in this sectionFigure 54Installing Throttle Linkage, Bottom Carburetor
