3Install intake manifold and reed valve assembly as followsAInstall assembly with twelve (12) screws BReconnect hose at cylinder drain cover from intake manifold; and hose from fuel pump to intake manifold4Reconnect and install carburetors, throttle and choke components as follows : AInstall three (3) carburetor gaskets
ETighten two (2) screws on choke solenoid bracket to secure choke solenoid FReconnect hose at bottom carburetor to fuel pump and hose at intake cover to intake manifold
InstallationElectrical Components
1Secure distributor bracket to power head with two (2) bolts2Secure C-D unit and coil to power head by installing three (3) nuts3Connect thermoswitch by connecting orange lead 4Install interlock switch by installing two (2) screws securing switch to bracket5Connect choke solenoid by connecting green lead wire 6Install regulator to power head with three (3) screws
