3Remove two (2) transfer port covers and gaskets by removing four (4) screws securing each one to power head Figure 9 NOTE
Bracket with clip for spark plug wires is removed with bottom transfer port cover
4Remove exhaust port cover, plate and two (2) gaskets by removing twenty (20) screws securing them to power head Figure 10
Group screws by length5Remove by-pass cover, gasket, spring and valve by removing two (2) screws securing cover to power head Figure 10
