1Disconnect battery leads from battery terminals 2Remove all spark plugs3Check position of timing decal on flywheelTDC mark on decal must line up on top of the line of flywheelIf it does not, reposition or replace decalSee Figure 32 Check by pressing down on decal with sharp object until the line can be detected under the decalFLYWHEEL -' (UNDER SIDE)
