4Close top carburetor choke shutter fully While holding top carburetor choke shutter closedclose middle carburetor choke shutter and tighten middle carburetor choke swivel screw to secure link to swivelUse same procedure for choke shutter of bottom carburetor5Loosen two (2) screws securing choke solenoid just enough so that solenoid can be moved easilyFigure 13 carburetor easily or with slight drag If not, readjust solenoid position Step 710Release choke solenoid plunger and check to see that choke shutters are horizontal If they are not and are tilted upwardbend choke lever tab which contacts carburetor casting until shutter is horizontalthen repeat step 9

GeneralA repair kit is available It includes body channel welch plug and cup plugtwo (2) choke shutter screws with lockwashersidle screw springthrottle shaft return springfloat lever pin; choke shaft return spring; inlet needle, seat and gasketA complete carburetor gasket set is also available Removal

CAUTION

Do not allow fuel to contact hot motor parts when working on carburetorDisconnect carbu retor
