5Remove six (6) screws and lockwashers securing fuel pump body to fuel pump coverFigure 4Remove fuel pump body, gasket and diaphragm 6Remove two (2) screws securing center valve to fuel pump body Remove fuel pump valve and gasket from bodyFigure 5The pressed in second stage valve can be removed using piece of metal with "hooked" end; the pressed in first stage valve can be removed by tapping it with punch from the hole on the reverse side 7Remove fuel line outlet fitting from fuel pump body 8Remove impulse hose from lower fitting on fuel pump cover9Remove four (4) screws securing fuel pump cover to powerhead and remove cover and gasketFigure 6
