DInstall nylon spacer and spring on pivot screw NOTE
Hooked end of spring is positioned on tilt lock Straight end is placed in hole on stern bracketETh read pivot screw in stern bracket and tighten securely FPivot tilt lock until slot is lined up over hole in swivel bracketPlace nylon spacer between lock and bracketSecure with pivot screw 5Assemble lock bar handle to lock bar as follows :

BInstall spring in handleCInsert lock bar assembly through holes in stern brackets6Assemble steering arm and kingpin as follows :
3Assemble new clamp screw as followsAPlace clamp screw handle on clamp screw and secure with spring pinBThread clamp screw in stern bracketC Place foot and stud in clamp screw and secure with spring pin4Assemble stern bracket as followsASlip locating pins of carrying handle in holes on stern brackets
