of shaft with the word "out" towards the end of shaftOrientate the gear so that the match mark in line with tooth on gear is on the same side of the shaft as the long end of the throttle stop3Assemble nyliner bearing over long end of shaft with flange against throttle stop Place long end of shaft into open end of steering handleCheck to make sure throttle stop is pointing towards bottom of handle and throttle friction screw hole in bearing is lined up with hole in steering handleInstall screw and adjust as necessary Figure 3Remolling Steering Handle Grip
2Remove O-ring seal rom groove in steering handle3Remove friction screw located on bottom of steering handle and pull steering handle shaft with gear, bearing and throttle stop from handle4Drive out spring pin securing throttle stop to steering handle shaftRemove throttle stop and cylinder from shaftFigure 45Drive out spring pin securing gear to steering handle shaftRemove gear and bearing from shaftFigure 5Position of Throttle Stop In Shaft
4Install sleeve on steering handle gripSlide grip with sleeve on steering handle, align hole in grip with hole in steering handle shaft and secure with spring
