GENERAL
A motor having this system was converted from the AC lighting system using the 5H105 Battery Charging Kit5Remove the two cylinder head screws securing rectifier bracket to cylinder head6Remove screw, lockwasher and nut securing rectifier to bracketInstallationTo reinstall the rectifier kit proceed as follows:
DESCRIPTION
The DC Battery Charging System incorporates rectifier which converts the AC lighting voltage to DC battery charging voltage
1Assemble rectifier to bracket using screw, lockwasher and nutFigure 192Mount assembled rectifier and bracket to the cylinder head using the two cylinder head screws

RemovalTo remove the rectifier for replacement or further disassemble of engine proceed as follows :
