CPosition float with needle attached over body and lower needle into seatDSlide float shaft in place6Adjust float fuel level and float drop See page 35 7Assemble Fuel Bowl to carburetor as follows: AInstall fuel bowl gasketBPlace fuel bowl on carburetor, flattened portion of bowl bottom toward fuel inlet fitting Secure with gasket and jet assemblyFigure 27 8Install idle needle to carburetor as followsAPlace idle needle spring on idle needle and thread into carburetor body
CAUTION
Do not force idle needle into seatTurn idle needle slowly and gentlyBAfter idle needle has been turned all the way inback out one (1) turnCarburetor is now rebuilt and is ready to be reinstalled on the motorInstallationTo install the carburetor, proceed as follows :
