ReassemblyMake certain all parts are clean and dry prior to reassemblyUse compressed air to dry internal passages of carburetor body Proceed with reassembly as follows:

Wear safety glasses compressed airwhile working with
1Assemble throttle assembly to carburetor as follows :
APlace throttle spring on throttle shaft and insert in carburetor bodyFigure 23
BAssemble throttle valve to shaftleave screw loose Open and close throttle several imes to locate disc in body bore Tighten screws Figure 24Assembling Nozzle and Float Valve Seat
5Assemble needle and float assembly as followsAPlace float support spring in float
CAUTION
Throttle plate is beveled and can only be assembled one way See en larg ed sect ion in Figure 23
