SECTION XIPOWERHEAD 1POWERHEAD CYLINDER EXHAUST GASKET 09-27
ARemove support plate as outlined in Section X, paragraph 11-1BRemove six (6) screws securing motor leg to powerhead and remove powerheadCRemove cylinder exhaust gasket from motor legBRemove fuel tank as outlined in Section VII, paragraph 1-1
CRemove lead wire from spark plugDRemove four (4) screws securing cylinder head to cylinder (see figure 2) and remove cylinder head and gasket

1-2Installing PowerheadAPlace cylinder exhaust gasket on motor leg as shown in figure 1BPlace powerhead on motor leg aligning driveshaft splines with splines in crankshaftApply sealant (Special Tool T8983) to threads of six motor leg to powerhead screwsInstall screws and torque to 70 inch pounds
