3-1Removing Pivot Bolt and Stern Bracket
ALay engine on floorBRemove lock bar from stern brackets
CRemove stop nut and washer from end of pivot bolt(See figure DRemove stern bracket-port and plain washer from pivot boltERemove stern bracket-starboard, plain washer and pivot bolt from swivel bracket

ARemove stern brackets as outlined in Section X, paragraph 3-1BRemove four screws securing swivel bracket-starboard to swivel bracketport(See figure 6
