APlace bevel gear in gear housingSee figure 16BInstall bevel pinion gear as outlined in Section VIII, paragraph 6-2
If impeller does not engage with drive pin, water pump will not operate causing serious damage to engineApply sealant (Special Tool T8983) to threads of water pump screwsInstall screws and tighten securely
CInstall gear housing complete as outlined in Section VIII, paragraph 6-2
DInstall propeller shaft as outlined in Section VIII, paragraph 5-2EInstall gear housing complete as outlined in Section VIII, paragraph 1-2
