ARemove flywheel as outlined in Section IV, paragraph 2-2BDisconnect coil lead wire from breaker point terminal

CRemove screw and washer securing coil lead wire to stator plate bossSee figure 5

APlace coil wedge spring in coil so that end of spring having small lip is towards crankshaft and lip points downSee figure 7BSlide coil halfway onto laminations, then route top coil lead to breaker point terminal and lower coil lead to mounting boss on stator plate secure with screw and washer
