DExamine needle for deep grooves on tapered portion of pointIf deep grooves are present, the needle assembly must be replaced

APlace large fuel bowl gasket in groove on carburetor bodyPlace lower (thick) fuel bowl gasket in fuel bowlInsert needle assembly with remaining gasket through fuel bowl and lower gasketSee figure 10BPlace fuel bowl with needle valve assembly on carburetorThread needle valve in carburetor and tighten securely
