SECTION (Con't BRemove screw securing throttle shutter to throttle shaft as shown in figure 4
2-2Installing Throttle Shutter and Throttle Shaft
ASlide spring on throttle shaft as shown in figure 5Place throttle shaft in carburetorRotate throttle shaft counterclockwise approximately 12 turn until flat side of shaft is facing rear of carburetor
BNote that edge of shutter is angled and throttle shutter is also marked on one sideWhen installing, marked side should face rear of carburetor as shown in figure 6

CPosition shutter to wide open throttle by moving throttle shaft armThen pull throttle shutter out using needle nose pliersDO NOT FORCE SHUTTEROUTDRemove throttle shaft and throttle shaft return spring from carburetor as shown in figure 5
