FRemove flywheel screw, then install key and flywheelSecure flywheel to crankshaft with screwTorque screw to 15-20 foot pounds

CIf the index mark does not appear through the center of the follower at the point of initial contact, loosen the screw securing the throttle cam to stator plate and pivot cam outward until the index mark on cam contacts the follower without moving the throttle shutterTighten throttle cam screwRecheck position of index markAt the point of initial contact, the index mark on the throttle cam must appear to pass through the center of the follower as shown in figure 9DInstall engine cover as outlined in Section IV, paragraph 1-2
