SECTION XIII (Cont GDrive out small spring pin located behind pivot boltHDrive or press out large spring pin located opposite pivot bolt31-2 Installing Kingpin Mounting Plate and Kingpin
CRemove carrying handle as outlined in Section XIII, paragraph 23-1DRemove two (2) bolts and speed nuts fastening cover on kingpin mounting plate32-2 Installing Kingpin Mounting Plate and Kingpin
AInstall steering handle pivot pin so it protrudes 516 inch from port side of kingpin plate (when steering arm is installed, pin should be flush with port side of arm)BInstall smaller spring pin behind pivot bolt so that it is flush with starboard side of kingpin plateCTap are bolt bolt pivot bolt in until splines startedUse nut to draw completely inHead of must be on starboard side
AInstall plastic cover on kingpin mounting plate and secure with two (2) bolts with speed nutsBInstall carrying handle as outlined in Section XIII, paragraph 23-2Co Insert kingpin in kingpin mounting plate and secure with spring pinDInstall swivel bracket assembly and kingpin mounting plate as outlined in Section XIII, paragraph 22-2, steps through J33WATER LINE (UPPER) (25 H.P 25-08-39 MOTOR LEG 25-08-41
