CAUTION Valve and pump parts go together one way only During next step, be careful to keep track of partsBRemove upper pump and valve body from lower pump and valve body by removing four (4) screws Figure 14CRemove idle gear, drive gear, two (2) poppets, three (3) springs and three (3) balls, washers
CAUTION
Wear safety glasses when using compressed airDDry partsECoat parts in clean hydraulic oil2Inspect and test motor parts as follows :

ATest armature for short, ground and balance by following tests in Section 4BInspect brushesClnspect bearing in head Figure 15Dlnspect ball bearing in armature shaft for wear
