TROUBLESHOOTING
When diagnosing failure in the generating system, care must be taken to think of the system as whole Poor electrical connections in boat wiringworn or cracked insulation of wires, corroded battery terminals, system overloading or neglected, improperly serviced battery often give false impressions that problem exists within the motor when it does notA careful, visual inspection of the wiring should be made before resorting to meter testing
