4Close top carburetor choke shutter fullyWhile holding top carburetor choke shutter closed, close bottom carburetor choke shutter and tighten bottom carburetor choke swivel screw to secure link to swivel5Loosen two (2) screws securing choke solenoid just enough so that solenoid can be moved easily Figure 13 9Release choke solenoid plunger and push plunger back in solenoidPull paper out of carburetor air horns; paper must slide out of carburetor easily or with slight dragIf not, readjust solenoid position Step 710Release choke solenoid plunger and check to see that choke sh utters are horizontal If they are not and are tilted upward, bend choke lever tab which contacts carburetor casting until shutter is horizontalthen repeat step 9
