2On 140 H.P, disconnect hoses as follows Figure 3 ARemove hose, lower sediment bowl to fuel tankBRemove hoseupper sediment bowl to lower fuel pump CRemove hoseupper fuel pump to carburetorDRemove hose, upper fuel pump cover to top transfer port coverERemove hoselower fuel pump cover to lower cylinder drain cover3Loosen knurled screw on sediment bowl and remove bowl4Remove screen and gasketFigure 4

5Remove six (6) screws and lockwashers securing fuel pump body to fuel pump cover Figure 5Remove fuel pump bodygasket and diapllragm 6Remove two (2) screws securing center valve to fuel pump body Remove fuel pump valve and gasket from body Figure 6The pressed in second stage valve can be removed using piece of metal withhookedendthe pressed in first stage valve can be removed by tapping it with punch from the hole of the reverse side
