Speed Sensor Inspection
Remove the speed sensor Connect the battery and tester leads to the sensor as shown
Hand Tester

Rotate the waterwheel by hand slowly Measure the output voltage of the speed sensorGR (+), BKIW (-) -battery voltage; twice rotation
(Rotate it slowly
If the voltage does not rise from zero to battery voltage
