STEERING 12-9 Handlebar
OAlign [A] the hole [8] on the handlebar [C] with the mark [0] on the steering shaft holder [E]
OTighten the lower clamp bolts [A] first, and then the upper clamp bolts [8] to the specified torque There will be gap [C] at the upper part of the clamp after tightening TorqueHandlebar Clamp Bolts: 16 Nm (1.6 kgfm, 12 ft.lb)
Install the throttle case and switch case Tighten the screwsTorqueThrottle Case Mounting Screws: 3.9 Nm (0.40 kgf.m35 inlb) Switch Case Mounting Screws: 3.9 Nm (0.40 kgf.m, 35 inlb)
