16Remove the dipstick and check for the water presence in the engine oil(If there is water inoil looks milky 17If the oil looks milky, then change the oil and repeat items 1516 until the oil does not turn milky any more18If the engine doe not start, there may be water in the fuel system 19If the fuel tank has water in it, it must be emptied with pump or siphon Refill the tank with fresh fuelDispose of the contaminated fuel at an appropriate hazardous waste site
