ENGINE TOP END 6-17 Camshaft, Camshaft Chain
Remove: Camshaft Chain Tensioner (see Camshaft Chain Tensioner Removal) Camshaft Cap Bolts [AJ Upper Camshaft Chain Guide [BJ Camshaft Cap [CJ Camshafts Stuff clean cloth into the chain tunnel to keep any parts from dropping into the crankcase
CAUTION
The crankshaft may be turned while the camshafts are removedAlways pull the chain taut while turning the crankshaftThis avoids kinking the chain on the lower (crankshaft) sprocketA kinked chain could damage both the chain and the sprocket
