3-72 FUEL SYSTEM (OFI) Throttle Lever, Cable and Case
Tighten :
TorqueThrottle Case Mounting Screws: 3.9 Nm (0.40 kgfm, 34 in.lb)
Swing the throttle lever so that the throttle valve is fully open
WARNING
Operation with an improperly assembled throttle case could result in an unsafe riding condition Adjust the throttle cable (see Throttle Cable Adjustment)
Throttle Cable Removal
Disconnect the throttle cable from the body assyOSlide out the rubber cap OUnscrew the adjuster locknut [A] and slide the cable from the bracket
