Charging Temperature Sensor RemovalInstallation CAUTION
Never drop the sensor, especially on hard surfaceSuch shock to the sensor can damage it
Remove: Seat (see Seat Removal in the HullEngine Hood chapter) Charging Temperature Sensor [A] Tighten:
TorqueCharging Temperature Sensor: 15 Nm (1.5 kgfm, 11 ft.lb)
Output Voltage Inspection NOTE
a Be sure the battery is fully charged Remove the ECU (see ECU Removal) Do not disconnect the connector Connect digital voltmeter [A] to the ECU connector [8], with the needle adapter setSpecial ToolNeedle Adapter Set: 57001-1457 Water Temperature Sensor Output Voltage Connections to ECU Meter (+)
