Output Voltage Inspection
Measure the output voltage at the ECU in the same way as input voltage inspectionNote the following Digital Voltmeter [A] Connector [B]
Special ToolNeedle Adapter Set: 57001-1457 Throttle Sensor Output Voltage Connections to ECU Meter (+) Meter (-)
GIW lead (terminal 30)
BKIW lead (terminal 32)
Start the engine Check idle speed to ensure throttle opening is correctIdle Speed Standard: 300 100 rmin (rpm)
Measure the sensor output voltage with the idle speed Output Voltage at ECU Standard: 1.081.18 DC (at idle throttle opening)
