Battery Charging Condition Inspection
Battery charging condition can be checked by measuring battery terminal voltage Disconnect the battery terminal cables (see Battery Removal in the Electrical System chapter)
CAUTION
Be sure to disconnect the negative terminal cable firstGPOa 0703S1
Measure the battery terminal voltage
If the reading is below the specifiedrefreshing charge is
required (see Refreshing Charge in the Electrical System chapter) Battery Terminal Voltage Standard: 12.8 or more
