Starter Motor Assembly
Spring Washer [B] Washer [C] Large Insulator [D] Small Insulators [E] Terminal Bolt [F] O-ring [G] Plastic Holder [H] the Install[A] terminal bolt as shownNut
Install the brush plate as followsyoke fitting the brush Install the brush plate [A] on the
leads [B] into the notches [C] in the plateFit the brush plate tongue [D] into the yoke notch [E]
Insert the armature into the yokeKeeping the motor upright, install the brush spring [A]Fit the spring on the spring post [B] halfway; the post must be positioned in the D-shaped end of the springTurn the other end of the spring half turn clockwise [C], and fit the end in the brush groove [D]Push the spring onto the post to the stepped portionBrush [E]
