Slide off the snap ring [A], washer [B], and O-ring [C]
Pull the steering cable from the cable detent in the engine compartment Pull out the steering cable toward the frontSteering Cable Installation
short Slide aend to piece of rubber or plastic tubing over the rear cable guide the cable through the hullLubricate the outside of the new cable to ease cable in stallation Tighten: cable Apply non-permanent locking agent to theboltsjoint bolt and the steering cable bracket mounting Tighten:
