Be sure the rubber cap [A] is in place on the throttle cable fitting nut endCover the cable fitting nut [B] with the rubber boot [C]
Swing the throttle control lever so that the carburetor throttle valve is fully openOperation with an improperly assembled throttle case could result an unsafe riding conditionAdjust the throttle cable (see Throttle Cable Adjustment)
