the oil pump cable [A] on the Install non-permanent locking agentpulley [B]pump cable mounting Apply to the oil bolt and torque itTorque Oil Pump Cable Mounting Bolt: 4.9 (0.5 kgf m, 43 in lb)
Be sure the cable portion indicated in the illustration is in contact [C] with the pulley portion indicated in the illustration
into Initially inject oilthe oilthe oil pump body and the hoses, and connect the hoses with pumpInstall the oil pump on the magneto cover When mounting the oil pump, note the position of the slot [A] in the connecting shaft, and then turn oil pump shaft [B] so that it will fit into the slotApply non-permanent locking agent to the oil pump mounting bolts and torque themTorque Oil Pump Mounting Bolts: 8.8 (0.9 kgf m, 78 in lb)
