2-2 PERIODIC MAINTENANCE Periodic Maintenance Chart
Frequency Description Inspect all hoses, hose clamps, nuts, bolts, and fasteners Lubricate throttle body cable fitting at throttle body Lubricate throttle control cable and throttle cable fitting at throttle case Lubricate steering cableshift cable ball joints and steering nozzlerevers bucket pivots Lubricate handlebar pivot (disassemble) Clean fuel pump screen Clean and gap spark plugs (replace if necesary) Inspect fuel vent check system Inspect throttole control system Inspect battery charging condition Flush bilge line and filter Flush cooling system (after each use in salt water) Inspect clean flame arrester Inspect impeller blade for damage (remove) Inspectreplace coupling damper Inspect steering cableshift cable Inspect throttle shaft spring (replace throttle body if necessary) Initial 10 Hours Every 25 Hours Every 100 Hours See Page 2-6 2-14 2-1314 2-14 2-12 2-9 2-13 2-9 2-72-7 2-11 2-10 2-9
