STEERING 12-7 Trim Cable
Trim Cable Adjustment
adjustment Check trim cableswitch ONTurn the ignition position [A]
Push the trim switch as the trim indicator shows the level
Measure the distances from the pump outlet end to the
steering nozzle end at the upper and lower locations as shownBoth distances should be approximately equalThe difference between the distance of [A] and [B] should be within mm (0.08 in[1] Cable Joint Bolt [2] Joint [3] Trim Cable [4] Parallel [5] Steering Nozzle [6] Pump Outlet [A] Upper Distance [B] Lower Distance If necessary, adjust the trim cable
